Cognitive Merchant, LLC began operations in Fall of 2015, d.b.a. mytextrewards.com by providing loyalty rewards and text marketing solutions to local small-medium businesses and retailers.  By March 2016, the company became cash flow positive, and for the rest of 2016 and 2017, the company acquired the accounts of other local service providers.

Throughout 2017, we provided additional marketing automation tools and digital advertising solutions to the retail market segment, and also started serving commercial and non-retails sectors.  Therefore we changed out d.b.a to Mobile Ties, as the core focus of our business became strengthening the relationship between any business and their customers.

In late 2018, we utilized Samsung's Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform to predict mobile marketing campaigns for our retailers.  Because of it's success, we invested in development of our own AI platforms in 2019, and by December 2019, we launched Sharp Digits, a Natural Language Processing solution that provides our retailers with automatic sentiment analysis of their customer reviews.
